I have just back to my hometown after concert, ZZ looks so beautiful, not handsome but truly beautiful and cute. >.<

I stayed at the same hotel with him, but he didn't use the elevators for guest, so not have much chance to see him.

His parent stayed there as well. and Chai Ji Dan came to Bangkok as well.

BTW, ZZ very skinny, thin, he has long legs, small waist, and beautiful smile .

The concert is amazing, im speechless now, really don't want to back to my daily life,~~ want to stay with him 4ver

How big was this event? It seemed rather significant. Our JY seems to be in good company. Not sure but that looked like Hawick Lau (On a personal note he is one of my favorite Chinese actors) seated beside JY. Does anyone know the name of the award that JY won?

Which is also why I think yesterday might be the last time we will ever hear the two songs for at least the foreseeable future.

 

 

Not blaming anyone. Seriously, that has to be the most idiotic asinine thing I have ever heard. Protect him… Protect him from what? More than that it can not be forgotten that a huge part of JY’s fame is due to his role in Addicted. So I’m confused as hell as to what sort of protection does he need? Not mentioning Addicted is like closing the barn door after the horses have already escaped or tossing out the baby with the bathwater. We can not (not even Chinese authorities) undo Addicted. I for one am glad of it. I am extremely proud of JY, ZZ and the entire cast/crew of the Addicted web series for such an exemplary effort. 

As to your point about the two songs, I hope that doesn't become the reality. That would be a real shame and a disservice to those who worked hard on the creative efforts in regards to those songs. Why even let them get published on the album in the first place?

I agree wholeheartedly with this. 

Trying to bury Addicted is not going to protect the boys. It is part of them and will always be. Only mentioning "a web series" will only fuel those who want to know to dig up the internet and discover Addicted.

The directive is that since the show is banned, there is no reason to bring it up to ensure a harmonious society. Cosmo does not want to draw the attention of the authorities on to themselves.

That is why I wonder if there is any possibility of this show becoming so well known or popular that it reached a critical mass where the Chinese government is persuaded to relax at some point. 

 

Update: Thanks to @jlt4ever, we are now almost 50% done with the translation. @lovelogic26 and @prima13facie, if you like to continue in the next 6 hours, can you start from 25:00 and end at 29:55? This is a current gap as I had asked her to start around 30:00.

This is why I don't understand those who lodge complaints and ask that Addicted not be mentioned. What you said is true. The more they attempt to bury Addicted and call it "a web series" the more those who are curious will dig it up. It can't be helped. The series was banned but all the attempts to bury it should be stopped. Still don't see how mentioning it will affect their work. If someone could give me a satisfactory answer to this question along with proof that mentioning Addicted could be damaging then I would understand the so-called protection.

I recalled JY declined to  autograph photos from SY during the filming of a variety show, and  also not to mention ZZ only sings the theme songs of SY overseas, so I suppose the danger of being banned is still weighing on their mind. Tang Wei came to my mind. She acted in Lust Caution in 2007 to critical acclaim but was banned thereafter, and only returned to mainstream cinema in 2011. She only had her next commercial success in 2013. (Finding Mr Right is quite nice people. Try to watch it if you can.) Six years is a pretty long time. I don't pretend to know all the details of the circumstances of her ban of course but I guess people around YZ wants to play safe?

It does help somewhat with this explanation but then I understood JY's refusal. It was inappropriate for whomever to seek an autograph at such a venue knowing of the banned status of his web series. 

As for ZZ only singing the songs overseas again I question why the songs were even allowed to be published on the album if they were never going to be allowed to get exposure in China.

@KKmegan That is tragic if that's the case so why even allow the filming of movies, dramas or web series with what is to be considered questionable content if the regulators are only waiting to censor or ban? It defeats the purpose and is a huge disservice to all the actors/actresses and crew who put in the time and effort.

Sorry I'm probably dense but I don't wholy understand what you said here. Are you saying that JY asked during the filming od a variety show to not mention that ZZ is the one who sings ShangYin's theme songs? Thank you for your answer.

JY was a guest on a variety show and was asked to sign/autograph photographs from Shangyin (Addicted) He refused. ZZ is only allowed to sing the 2 songs from Shangyin (Addicted) overseas. I hope this helps.
