Updated 2015 K-Pop Idol Album Sales Rankings Revealed

An updated version of the 2015 album sales previously reported has been released. The previous version only included sales through November 2015, and the new version calculated in December sales.

Group EXO still holds strong in the top position with a total of 1,727,099 albums sold. Unseating BIGBANG from the second position, BTS has risen from third place to the second spot on the list with 525,735 albums. The updated numbers show BIGBANG in third with a total of 437,529 albums.

Super Junior combined with Donghae & Eunhyuk and Kyuhyun’s sales rose from the fifth position to the fourth. Meanwhile, Girls’ Generation combined with TaeTiSeo and Taeyeon knocked SHINee off of the top five.
