Gary‘s new single, “Lonely Night,” is huge success in China, and is topping the real-time chart of Baidu King Bang.

“Lonely Night” was inspired from the drama “Incomplete Life.” The lyrics portray the sentiment that even during a tough day, everyone should remember their loved ones, and start another day energetically. It features a soothing melody and lyrics that offer consolation to everyone who is going through difficult times.

The singer posted up a proof shot of the ranking on his Instagram, thanking Chinese fans.

In addition to the deep lyrics, another reason for the popularity of the single is due to the fact that Song Ji Hyo makes an appearance in the music video.
