How Many Times Has EXID Sang “Up and Down”?

It would be easy to hazard a guess that EXID might just be a little tired of singing the song that catapulted them to fame, and for good reason: according to member Solji, they’ve sang the song more than 3,000 times!

On the December 31 broadcast of SBS PowerFM‘s “Cultwo Show,” Solji confessed that between performances, practices, and special stages, the number of times the group has sung “Up and Down” quickly added up. “We’ve sung the song at a ton of different places.”

When asked who still messes the song up even after singing the song this many times, Solji picked Hyerin. However, Solji added that it isn’t the song that she continues to mess up, but the choreography. “There are about four different versions of the dance, so it’s easy to confuse them. Different members perform the choreography for broadcasts, but I’ve also done a version of the choreography alone at events.”

Meanwhile, EXID performed “Up and Down” yet another time at the 2015 MBC Gayo Daejejun, amidst many other throwback performances.
