Eric Nam revealed the way he dealt with racism when he was in America.

On the December 3 broadcast of KBS2‘s “Happy Together,” Eric Nam appeared as a guest along with others from America, including Stephanie Lee, John Park, Yoon Sang, and Lee Hyun Woo.

During the broadcast, Eric Nam reveals a horrible incident, saying, “I was the only Asian in my school when I was in America, and the kids spat in my face.”

When the MCs ask him whether he just stood there, shocked and enraged, Eric Nam says calmly and maturely, “I did at first. Fighting would solve nothing.”
