EXID Reveals What Has Improved Since “Up and Down”

EXID talked about what has changed since they hit major stardom with their hit song “Up and Down.”

On the December 3 broadcast of MBC FM4U‘s “Kim Shin Young’s Noon Song of Hope,” EXID appeared as a guest.

During the show, Kim Shin Young says to EXID, “Lots of things must have changed since ‘Up and Down.’ It must be like a roller coaster ride.”

At this, EXID replies, “In the past, we could only spend 6,000 won (approximately $5.10) on a meal. It would just be a basic meal. Now, there’s no upper limit, but we spend about 10,000 won (approximately $8.60). The reps say, ‘There’s no upper limit’ but we just spend around that much. Now we can have jjajangmyun and sweet and sour pork.”

EXID also says, “We used to ride an old vehicle to events, but since [our popularity] began to creep up, we switched to a newer one.”

Meanwhile, EXID is currently promoting their new song “Hot Pink.”
