Actually, HS devotion to WW is quite the endearing quality. Because it shows she is loyal and not a floozy! She doesn't just jump ship when things get difficult. 
She will eventually fall in love with WS, but she will not abandon WW.
WS and HS seem to have the same attitude when it comes to relationship. When you choose to love someone you make an active conscious choice to be with that person through thick and thin - meaning they are not just going by feeling but they are thinking through things - let us say making and educated decision.
I think they operate under the principle - as far as relationships and love goes -the other person's happiness is your priority not your own.

So even if WW is being a jerk, she will remain faithful because she wants his happiness and not her own.  I like that about her! I am glad she just doesn't jump ship and stays faithful to WW. 

I would also like to add.. once She has moved on with WS, she will remain devoted to him like she was to WW

HS enter the king chamber. The king and JM waiting for her. I'm so sad to see HS is having trouble walking. HS notice the king hand is trembling and guessing about his death that will come sooner. The king know something about her that she is not the "real HS", she is know the future like JM, the king said. The king mentioned Mo and So that will become the king so she better stay out from both of them, do nothing at all. The king talking about lady SG think of her as her daughter so he also has a fond feeling toward her, he look straight at her and the king also bring u about the princes relation with her.

I feel you.  The look on WS' face as he's hearing all these things that HS was saying really made me teary-eyed.  He's devastated to the fullest as all he wanted was for HS to have a better life.  When HS asked WW first whether he missed her, he didn't reply until she asked him for the 3rd time yet WS just told her "I missed you" 1 second after they met

HS is still scared of WS becoming Gwangjong. If she's able to get past that hopefully our OTP's relationship will advance to a better setting/atmosphere? IDK
