I can understand HS's rejection. Because Lady Oh has been asking and asking her to stay away from the princes. Nothing good will come out from her relationship with any of the princes. She might feel she's betraying Lady Oh's sacrifice by going against her advise. Especially if she had left the palace with Lady Oh, she will still be alive. I am not saying HS's to blame on Lady Oh's death (I blame it on the Evil Queen and YH) but HS is definitely blaming herself.

You mentioned about the limping.. this is no good as this is the first sign that her health is deteriorating as in RX's case. I NEED HAPPY ENDING... 

Sometimes, I think back and wish IF, IF ONLY WW had made it clear to the King that he wish to marry HS and emphasizing that this is Lady Hae's last wish before her death, they might have stand a chance to be together in the first place. After all, marrying HS to a prince is still enhancing their ties with Hae clan too.

Then I was thinking when WS was faced with the prospect to be sent back to Shinju (ep10), IF, IF ONLY WS had said he will go back if the King will let him bring HS along. From the earlier conversation between WS and General Park, WS can control the Shinju clan effortlessly. In the horse riding scene from Shinju (ep 1), WS seemed more like the leader of the pack than an escorted prisoner.

One interesting matter ; How can WS so clueless about the relationship between HS and WW? The walk in the rain, the look in WW's eyes when caught them together? The vinegar smell is so strong....

On the other hand, someone mentioned about Yeon Hwa's character poster about how she will become the queen and "His Majesty" probably hints So.

This is the line I got from the poster:

"I will be empress. If not me, then who will guard His Majesty?"

I think His Majesty here can mean both So and Wook. I

If talking about So, obviously, she will betray her brother and make sure to get So on the throne if her love for So becomes deeper. But I do not think that she can guard So. Therefore, I feel that His Majesty here most likely means Wook, her older brother instead.

If talking about her still working to pay her debt to Wook and to protect her clan, His Majesty in her mind is probably Wook, not So despite the fact that she will become So's queen later on. Becoming So's queen doesn't mean that she's loyal to him because in her mind, her only King is probably Wook. Also, it says that she will guard His Majesty - I think this is saying that she will do everything to protect him from So and to make her brother the King one day.

She wants to be the god above the King. I think whether she becomes So's queen or if her brother is on the throne, she's the god above the King in both situations. So won't kill her unless she really just hits on his nerve. Wook won't kill her because she's his sister and helps him getting the throne.

But I never watched Shine or Go Crazy, so I do not know if Queen Daemok was truly a protective of her husband or not in history.

Since she's so ambitious and cunning, Hae Soo will keep suffering. Oh dear...

Woo Hee's tagline: "In this moment, I am not Baekje’s daughter, but your companion."

The companion here probably refers to both Baek Ah and Hae Soo.

Chae Ryung's tagline: "Once a woman makes up her mind, how can she throw those feelings away?”

I think this also hints her acceptance of her death at the end of the drama.

Soon Duk's tagline: No matter what people say, that person is Goryeo’s greatest man.”

Wang Eun may annoy a lot of people but he has no ambitious for the throne or want to harm others. I think that's what Soon Duk likes about him and his carefree nature also.

I think HS is at her lowest level. She has been beaten again and again, so she feels she doesnt deserve such offer. She feels she has caused so much grieve (please forget me, it's all my fault) that she thinks what's happening to her now is what she deserved. I really hope WS will not be too offended by her rejection, instead understand her pov and try to 'cure' HS. 

She's limping! I notice that too. Hopefully it's not permanent. I read somewhere in the C version, Rouxi never truly regains her health. Hopefully it's not the case here. 

WW is sooo delusional and thinks that he's blameless. He should look at himself properly and be so ashamed at himself. 

But my fear, this episode is going to break my heart. The last 9 episodes will feel like riding roller coaster, the high excitement and the impending doom all mix together. Sigh 

 

Yeah she's limping. I know it's not permanent because in a BTS where they are filming her as a court lady back in palace (during CP reign - I think/what most people are saying) she's walking completely fine.  

I'm so happy that you picked that up @penelop3 because I was heartbroken for a second. Knowing that the proposal rejection was BEFORE his departure keeps some hope for romantic scenes after his return. This probably won't happen but I hope Soo realises her love for him during their separation...

Actually, S One repeat tonight episode by tomorrow (dunno about time difference).

In Indonesia, tonight episode start at 8.00 pm and will repeat by tomorrow at 8.00 am and 1.30 pm.

So on with next episode.

For that, I took morning shift for my work in Monday and full day off at tuesday.

Yes I like to see the story from every perspective ... Always put myself in their situation and I end up appreciating each character more, enjoy the story more. More 'feel' 

As everyone goes around getting angry at HS .. I don't ... As much as I want to see HS and WS finally hit it off right away .. I prefer the transition to be more realistic. I hate to see HS a wishy washy character ... 

Now that WW has made the choice .. I hope HS will see who deserved her more.. who has been there all this while.. who is the one that she could rely on .. 

I love that WS is so determine and at the same time understand HS situation ... He patiently wait, never give up and never lose faith.

The 'rumours' or 'synopsis' of HS still pinning for WW is making me want to drink poison and puke blood.

The uselessness of the King is also making me want to drink poison and puke blood. (Yes I understand his actions and he's doing it for the CP yada yada yada but he has got to be the most useless character in the drama. He's almost as useful as a solar powered torch.)

I really hope the drama picks up the pace, a rushed ending would also want to make me drink poison and puke blood.

And on a totally different note, if I were to be transported back in time into an era which is like the setting of Scarlet Heart Ryeo, I will really just drink an entire pot of poison, then puke blood.

How the hell can WW blame WS for HS misfortune when his sister was the one who started this entire thing because he wanted to marry HS and give up on becoming King? Then, he decided to side with his family and turn his back on HS. Don't get me wrong, I don't blame him for choosing his family. Unlike WS his family has been there for him and loves him. But where the heck does he get off!!!!

Today I only an look through thread on mobile, signal low, so only see texts 

seriously, ppl, ratings in Wikipedia are just average or same to LJG previous dramas , why worry about? It is his star hour now with all his improved acting and good looks here 

MLSHR is LJG best little screen work for sure, and we will definitely see him again, he for sure will get other lead roles after this

and about profits: a lot of Korean actors now try their best to win over Chinese market, and they get there much more money, then in Korea (rain, for example), China is huge, they film dramas totally oriented to Chinese or even totally unshown in Korea 

and one more. Everybody here knows one or more gem dramas, under appreciated in Korea.  Rating isn't all to it

for example you can see "heart to heart" and look through soompi to read their articles about that. Rating were poor, but drama was GREAT, I can still rewatch it anytime, I get pleasure from its sincerity and surprising warmth ( kisses were great too, btw).

so let's enjoy, ratings do not speak of drama that much, to judge is it good or bad, and good rating not always go with drama worth watching too

Based on the preview seems like So aware of Wook and HS, and he is the person that HS once mention that she has someone she likes also So also aware that Wook left on the rain.....it's a very fabulous twist for me, as in C-Version 4th prince know about Rouxi and 8th prince, he was going rage and hate it so much. 

Oh I really hope tonight episode is not as tear jerker as I think right now ..I need more calm after the poison theme last week....but I guess it's not going to happen heh....oh I think I need some drink to accompany me tonight....
