You haven't convinced me. Yes the evil Queen can use Soo against So, but Lady Oh qualified her warning to Soo "if you can't give your whole heart to him" which says to me that she is more concerned about what So would do if he doesn't have Soo's wholehearted love. The conflict between the princes will be dangerous to Soo let alone the fact that she will be the weakness in them that can be used by their enemies, as seen in the poison plan which was YH's doing (to use HS) and not the Queen's.  I don't think the Queen knew yet what HS means to WS until he drank the poison. She only knew that Soo was Wook's weakness.

Hi, @millie10468  I think you could be right. There's won't be a marriage arrangement between HS and 14th prince. In C-BBJX, the 14th prince is Emperor's  loved one, that's why the Emperor would like to tie up a relationship in between RX and 14th Prince. But in MLSH could be different storyline but essence is still remain the same. I suspect King Teajo will announce the marriage in between WS and YH because YH is his beloved princess...and this could be also plotted by YH...that's my thought.

Yay!  Thanks @ruizaio for keeping us posted ... Big hugs to the volunteers too!  This is one of those dramas worthy of having a Directors box set regardless of rants on editing, music, blah, blah ...  in my view it is a good drama overall, production wise ... waaaaay better than your typical kdrama ... Looking forward to the DVD/blu-ray ...

@SizzlerZ- I don't think that scene will be in ep. 12 and not sure about ep. 13 since we haven't seen a preview for that one yet. I hope it's soon! 

@freckledbelle - my co-blogger who wrote that ( @rinchan76 ) and I are both completely OBSESSED with this drama, it's kinda pitiful.   I totally blame Lee Joon Gi, it's all his fault. 

I may not always post but I do read everything you guys talk about here, and yes - it makes the wait for the next episode a little bit easier. Thanks so much to everyone for posting their thoughts, ideas, pictures, videos, etc. I love this thread! 

@Adnana - I loved your latest installment! 

I believe episode 11 was the best in the series so far, it was perfect. Although I cried buckets when Lady Oh was executed, I was so engrossed in the story during episode 11 that it felt like only 20 minutes had passed and it was over.  And I've gone back to watch it 6 times now. (yep, I'm insane) I'm SO impressed with the acting, from everyone - that whole episode came together perfectly. I can't wait for Monday.

Yes Korean fans are recruiting a team to make an official request to the production. Probably some time next week they'll start gathering information on how many people are interested in buying it. If there is enough response, they'll contact the production and decide on a distributor. Then the team will gather fan-side requests on what to be included in the set and the distributor will work on getting copyright  issues sorted out and scheduling commentary/interview shooting and what not. I'll keep posting updates here and tag everyone on the thread when it starts. The whole process can take over half a year though.

btw have you seem RM ep with LJG? It was awful. He behave foolishly unnatural, even to the point main cast openly told him about that. IN KOREA. ON TV. btw I'm too old to ship them in real life, I'm 33 myself, and honestly actors are just people, they live their own life, vice versa to what they show us even on BTS, and they Do appreciate and value privacy, just joking with us for attention to drama in all that BTS

I liked him in RM, he was fun and entertaining and it shows how versatile an actor he is. He can be as playful as a clown or as serious as the 4th prince. I believe people enjoy RM because they purposely try to make their guests look foolish that is why the show is funny. As for the kissing bts, he has improved alot compared to the kissing bts with Shin Min Ah in AATM, where he was very awkward and shy.

totally agree with you @sharreb ... in as much as i love the romancing between wang wook and hae soo in the beginning, i see it as all fluff with less substance ... wooks sees love on a happy path and sadly while he is the man in the house for his family, he failed miserably when hae soo needed him the most ... meanwhile, wang so is a man of less words and more action ... no pretense ... what you see is what you get ... take it or leave it ... (but with him saying hae soo is his person and can't die without his permission is more of take it or take it ... (keke) ... if i were to hire a staff on my team, i would like to bring wang so on board ... he executes and delivers ...

Whoa there @valsava I think you quoted the post wrong, you were answering the previous poster . The following was my answer to THAT post 

I don't agree with you about Lady Oh's reading of So. I think she particularly warned Soo against So because she knows how much So loves Soo but also how dangerous he can be. When So took Soo out of the palace, LO did not look as angry as when she found her with Wook in the cave. I think she already knows what the princes are like and if anything she would have more sympathy for So who was treated so badly by her worst enemy, Queen Yoo. Remember as the king's lover she was probably privy to So's past and upbringing with the Kangs. I think you should give LO some credit that she is wise enough to see beyond the book cover.

I love Wang So, and I think he's doing a great job at courting Hae Soo--that is, considering his upbringing & his general lack of experience with any positive emotions & human interactions. Even when he errs (like forcing a kiss on her) he is quick to learn from his mistakes. Also, given his passionate and obsessive nature (i.e. when he feels, he has no off-switch; his emotions run very very deep), I was pleasantly surprised at how patient & gentle he is with HS, how content he is at least for now with just having her near and wooing her even if she doesn't reciprocate on the same level (yet).

All the same, not for one moment I am naive enough to let all of Wang So's tender care with Hae Soo blind me to his essential nature: outwardly, he might not look the same "dog wolf" who was pretty much the embodiment of unbound ferocity in the first 3 episodes, but inwardly... Well, growing up as that "dog wolf" who fought tooth and claw just to survive and never had anything to call his own, will forever shape who Wang So is. Now that he's finally found someone to call his own, there's nothing tepid about his feelings towards that special person. And there is certainly NO possibility of Wang So not caring that Hae Soo likes another man. Not with how possessive he already is of her (calling her his person, his alone etc.). But I'll return to this point later. 

How can Wang So be so patient & calm, then, in his courtship of Hae Soo? (apart from the E09-end scene)

In my opinion, to a great degree, it's because: 

(1) Hae Soo is endlessly precious to him, so he's unwilling to distress her (by forcing himself on her)  

(2) what he already receives from her--affection, genuine interest, warmth--is so much more than he's ever had before. He's greedy for more, of course (=all of her heart, which in HS's case would mean her romantic love as well), but he's willing enough to bide his time for now.

(3) WS's first priority is for Hae Soo not to leave him. He repeatedly tells her not to run away from him, and hints that even if she tried, he wouldn't allow it ("Try running away from me, then"). Regardless of her possible feelings for another man, as long as HS stays by WS's side, his basic need is fulfilled and he can work on getting the rest.

Very importantly, (4) Wang So doesn't really consider that other man (whom Hae Soo likes) a threat.

(4a) Only Baek-ah would have given him pause (because he's the only person WS cares about, apart from HS, and he couldn't have fought dirty against him), but any other man is basically a non-entity in WS's eyes. Any other man, he can and WILL fight easily (and kill if necessary). He smiled after he said this to HS on the beach, as if joking--but I don't think he was joking at all. Not if the risk to lose HS ever became real.

(4b This is slightly connected with point (3) above. As a court lady, Hae Soo might like another man but can't do anything about it. She can't *physically* be with that other man, she can't leave Wang So. She's stuck in the palace, nice and safe in WS's immediate reach and under his direct control. First opportunity he had, he even secured her as his personal court lady from the King. He has no reason to worry about HS even being able to see that other man privately (WS doesn't know about the secret cave).

Basically, I think Wang So assessed the current threat level of that other man, deemed it insignificant under the circumstances, so he didn't make a big deal out of it and just went on doing his own thing, trying to win HS's heart. He does care that she likes another (I mean, how couldn't he care, as fixed as he is on everything Hae Soo?), but he can deal with it as long as Hae Soo is physically with him, Wang So, and not with that other man. 

Following that line of thought, if Wang Wook had ever managed to put on his big-boy pants, asked for Hae Soo's hand in marriage from the king, and been granted permission--I promise you, Wang So would have flipped the hell out (like Court Lady Oh smartly warned when HS was considering accepting 8th's proposal: "Think of 4th Prince!!"). The world of pain he would have unleashed on Wook... I doubt anyone would have managed even a squeak about WS not caring, then. lol 

ETA: Also, according to LJK, Wang So becomes very jealous of Wang Wook later on.

@Mona Ys, @freckledbelle Lee Yoo Bi closed her Instagram months after it ended the drama by attacks of antifans who spoke badly of her father, not it was for JoonGi, she already had many antifans before of the drama SWWTN, although there were some immature fans of JoonGi that they attacked her because she posted on her Instagram photos with he and for her interaction with him at the press conference thought she was in love with him, but that was just the beginning of the drama.
