Ginaaaa
“Our goal is to make songs that mothers and daughters can enjoy together. "Don't try too hard at this ... you can't force this. It happens organically. Trust me, it does. I would never have discovered Gin Wigmore if it hadn't been for my daughter. And I was able to get her to admit that JYJ does some seriously good stuff. Here's a thought ... why not gather musically talented people together and let them determine what comes out of them. A talented singer CAN fit into several niches, but he/she will excel to the stars in one. Why not change your world and begin to look at and treat your stars/idols as artists and not objects, especially if your goal is to gain a broader international audience. Could not be better said. SM still has the "formula" mentality to pop-music. For SM, it is not so much about making great creative music but about marketing and making money. Sad really. What have they learnt past few years? nothing much really. What he outline is just a tiny bit of artistic freedom given after the walkout of some of their best idols .JYJ is a very good example. Guest suncine445
Instead of looking from the top as a management, they should redress the real issue within their company and look from the basic and ground level. Their idols upwards. It is not something to be forced. It evolves lol Lessons and past already proven. Many of their best have left or disappeared. From HOT to EXO. Looks like they are still not learning at all.

Guest EunJ
sure, let's ignore SuperJunior. what's the use of checking top 100 popular song to make a new song? it is past already. and this year except D&E Growing Pains SM's all songs were bad. all were remake songs with known melodies or already released bought songs.
