So why only taking legal action on "maliciously edited" photos but not on "overly exaggerated" fics about her?? LOEN lmao

 

There are differences. Fics are called fics for a reason. They are fictional (not real). Exaggerated or not doesn't void the fact that it is fictional. Exaggerated and malicious also aren't the same thing. The only thing that is possibly valid to pursue against fanfics is by using trademarked name for profit without agreement from the trademarked owner. Even if it is trademarked, I can see loophole in the legal process to make the fight not worth-while for LOEN, especially if it isn't malicious.
Intentional fabrication of photos that negatively affect someone image to spread them around as if they are real is a clear case of defamation. The person(s) fabricated in the photos cannot be anyone else other than themselves.
