Not receiving email notification when I have a new message

I used to receive an email when I received a new PM and now I do not.  I looked under notification setting and the box is check to receive email notification when I receive a new message.  Any suggestions?  I don't remember doing anything to disengage emails.  TIA!

Please log out from your account and log back in to be sure the email notification was saved properly. There is a possibility our latest update of the platform brought some minor problems and we're all looking into it.

Might also be visible in your spam box. I know mine go there. Possibly because I first had the setting that I wanted an update on each post in a few threads. That gave me over 300 new mails a day so Hotmail assumed it was spam
