Siwon is not the oldest of the 86 line.. Sungmin is as he was born on january 1st and siwon on April..

 

As far as Sungmin....strictly speaking, the reason why Eunsihae considers themselves "friends" (the same age) while they consider Sungmin as an older brother is because of where their birthdays all fall in 86. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong). Although we would mostly consider them the same age since they were all born in 86, Korean age is different. When you are born, that day is your "1st" birthday. When the lunar new year comes around (in February) you gain another year. Therefore Sungmin (born in January) would have technically been 2 years old at the time of Siwon's birthday in April for example. To westerners, they are all the same age, but to Koreans, Sungmin is 1 year older since he was born before the lunar new year. Kinda confusing but that's why Eunsihae considers him 1 year older and calls him hyung... hope that helps clear it up a bit ^^

I loved this article. I can absolutely feel lee1086's love for EunSiHae. I'm too late to the party, and I only discovered Super Junior this year (I know I'm a loser), but I'm totally in love with Siwon. I'll definitely miss him. Hope 2 years would come by quickly :)

I'VE ALREADY PREPARED MY SELF FOR THE DAY THAT DONGHAE MY LOVES WILL DO HIS 2 YEARS MANDATORY MILITARY SERVICE, EVER SINCE I FOUND OUT THAT ALL KOREAN MEN HAS TO SERVE 2 YEARS OF THEIR LIFE IN THE MILITARY AND THAT WAS DURING THEIR 2ND ALBUM

I'M SURE I'M GONNA CRY THIS OCT 15 EVEN THOUGH I'VE PREPARED MY SELF ALREADY

I JUST KEEP SAYING TO MYSELF THAT 2 YEARS IS NOT THAT LONG ANYMORE, IN JUST A BLINK OF AND EYE YOU JUST REALIZED 2 YEARS HAS ALREADY PASS

late ie better than never! :) You have the next two years to watch all their old stuff and fall in love with them like it all just happened. 2 years will go by quickly ^^
