rubyhyunjoong
Love IKON! Like I'm a huge fan but there's really no need for them to constantly make fun of idols because they themselves are idols. But really they shouldn't because other idols worked just as hard and if not harder to get to where they are today. Nobody's hard work should be put down. SC7
...Aren't they idols? The definition of who's an idol and who's not is fuzzy when talking about groups. (@ - @) gah. I know solo artists aren't idols. ...unless they're from a group? But in my opinion, idols should not be dissed. That's not constructive criticism to me. :(

Guest mayaviolet
Although I'm a YG stan,, unfortunately I dont like what IKON did in their song,... I know they want to look confident but there is another way to show it... not by being this rude to their sunbaes, the lyrics directed to the idols these days then Bigbang, Winner are included right? This is not right. Excluding YG idols, I think other idols like BAP, B1A4, B2ST, Apink, EXID, Wonder Girls, Miss A, GOT7, Teen Top, even EXO... they are hard working.... maybe should I mention Ladies Code (they worked hard as idols and some members gave their life because of it TT.TT ) By saying "like idols these days" it's not the right thing to do.... please remember all of you are idols too... iti1492
I am not personally a fan of them but I got curious and checked out the lyrics to the song. When I read the article, I thought maybe they are referring to the literal meaning of the word "idol" or they are commenting to a feature or attitude connected to idols. The lyrics say, " We’re not picky, for example, a time and placeWe don’t try to act cool, for example, idols these daysWe’re having fun, what other reason do you need?" When I first read it. My immediate thought was "Oh they are saying forget about your image or the image that you must maintain as idols and have fun and dance along." I could be wrong and they are really dissing idols but lyrics much like anything else has many meanings depending on how you read it. This is just my opinion. Look into the translations of the song. See how many times those words change depending on who translates it and then make an informed decision about what they're actually saying. CapriGirl13
Tbh i don't understand why people make a fuss about those lyrics. What's make rapping interesting is because the boldness of the words use. Bolder, better. They are bunch of creative minds in one body, that's good.Anyway, is it wrong now to say what comes from their mind? And it's the truth, btw.I'm not dissing any idol here, fyi.
