I'm not, especially after she put out such a haughty statement to start with. Apologizing now would probably hurt her pride to much. I would imagine they're just waiting for this to blow over, as most agencies do when something negative happens.

And despite it's stated by a person with a such high position at an authorized association I didn't take it seriously, you know why ? Because she's already took a position about the controversy & siding with YCH based on what she HEARD not because of some valid facts. Take a look at her quote : “I HEARD the outfit mentioned in the accusations is one Yoon Eun Hye received from Yoon Choon Ho via sponsorship.” What kind of a statement is that if you ask me ? You can't accuse someone for a wrongdoing based of what they've heard. You need to present a solid proof for that. There's no jurisdiction will take this statement seriously if it's taken into court. It's just shown that she's being subjective when released that statement just because YCH is a member of the association. For me YEH is still innocent till it's proven otherwise

I had high expectation when I heard that they released a statement because I thought finally someone is investigating on this. But when I read the official statement I was disappointed because the council did not do any research and just based their statement on the statement of the designer who accused YEH.

See how weak the statements of the VP are.... using words such as "I HEARD" "IT APPEARS TO BE" ........ Her words tell us she doesn't have a strong stance on this issue... WHY? Because the VP or the council did not investigate... If ever YEH will be proven innocent, the VP can just excuse herself and say, " Well, I did not say that it was plagiarized I just said that IT APPEARS TO BE PLAGIARIZED"....

YEH said there is a document that could prove she did not receive the FW 2015 collection... DOCUMENT, something solid... If people really wanted to know the truth, WHY IS NO ONE LOOKING INTO THAT DOCUMENT?.... Maybe they are not looking into that document because they are not really eager to know the truth, they just want to keep this issue floating... maybe just maybe.

Even the lawyer who guested in SBS midnight said that it will be difficult to build a legal conclusion on this matter... A dior designer was also invited in SBS midnight.. The dior designer explained that if the design is similar (long sleeves particularly), it's only the small details which could prove something. He also said it's the first time he witnessed such a case so it's even harder to know the issue..I think he meant if YEH copied some small and original details (for ex. the exact same buttons), it could be easy to call it plagiarism. But in this situation, the long sleeves aren't the trademark of the designer, it's something that has been done already so it's harder to say she copied it. Unless the designer has irrefutable proofs (such as something that would prove YEH saw that coat before), it seems impossible to prove anything. Or at least, it won't be easy. Why, yes, that is EXACTLY the statement I'm referring to. Please forgive me for not coming up with the proper NOUN and using the word "guild" instead...I use English less and less each day. Actually I don't care whether I am forgiven or not. I see I'm replying to someone who's not just a fan but also an expert in design and Korean law as well. Far be it from me to argue with an expert. For me as well as many others, she is guilty until proven otherwise. Giving the ratchett statement that an ARCHE designer is somehow trying to cash in on HER fame (while wearing his designs) and cancelling an appearance at the Busan Film Festival tells me, as well as many others, that she is unable to defend herself when the media starts lobbing questions at her.

I do believe that everybody has right to voice out their opinion, be it subjectively or objectively, but as a human being and civilized one, opinions should be rational and respectful enough. Every controversy has three sides, 2 coming from the concerned parties, and the other one is the truth, so be mindful with your comments and opinions regarding this matter since we don't really know whose really telling the truth.

Knetz and even some ifans are quickly to judge by launching witch hunting, like what is being done to YEH, and there are some instances that they usually go after the aggrieved party rather than the true culprit. I cannot wait for the day when everything about this matter will be put on the light and be known whose really telling the truth. However, what is really saddening about this issue is that whatever the outcome will be, the damages and hurtful words that was thrown againts YEH can never be taken back, and i hope karma will go after those who inflicted harm and hurt against YEH.

She painted outside the lines and passed her art off as original...and it wasn't. She then grabs an attitude because she didn't get away with her *artistic license* She's done shady things like this in the past. As always, she has fans like you to bolster her pride and leave her feeling she can do no wrong. Hopefully she's out of the public eye for quite some time and not boasting about the many coats (pun intended) she wears as an artist.  What about the harm SHE has inflicted?

Don't hold your breath. An innocent person will proclaim their innocence every opportunity they get...they don't cancel events and they don't let their agencies speak for them. Perhaps you missed the article where the Guild or Board or Association of Designers (whatever it's called) agreed that she plagiarised the ARCHE designer.

It will be much appreciated if you can provide the direct link of the said article instead of just stating it, because misinformation coming from people who really knows nothing about this issue has been causing Yoon Eun Hye a lot, and as a fan it really pisses me off.

It's funny since judging from reading of each statement I think you're the one who's on the rage. Calm down please. If you want to accuse someone for the wrongdoing give us the proof and not just talking. As simple as that.

If you want to try to ram her innocence down my throat give me proof please. Otherwise, pass on replying to me. If you don't want to be taken to be in rage (and hate it) why do you do the thing you hate to someone else ? If you don't like what others do (bad things) to you why do you do that to the others ?

I'm not anti-anyone. I am however, Korean and I don't like her antics presently or her past antics. That's all it boils down to. Anything else you're interested in?
