I was one of those not allowed into the concert. I would just like to correct one thing that you wrote. After general admission left, we were escorted into the venue and down onto the floor and right to the door that we were supposed to go out for the hi-touch. About 10 -12 of the people in our group actually got to go out before Nadia (TGM) came in and made us stop so that all of the people still seated could go through hi-touch. Once everyone was out, we waited for them to come back in to let us go through the hi-touch. After about 15 - 20 minutes a lady looked out the door, came back in and said that BTS had already left and that the staff was just sitting on the floor. That was when Nadia came in and basically said "we messed up, sorry but there's nothing we can do." Allowing us to go through hi-touch would have maybe added 10 - 15 minutes to the whole event. You can't convince me that Nadia didn't know she wasn't going to let us go out when she came in and let everyone else go out. I paid for the hi-touch so it's not like I was going to get something not paid for. Since I still haven't gotten my refund back from the Eric Nam concert back in February, I'm not really holding my breath on the refund for this either.

I have to say that TGM messed up big time. This issue affected so many people;the fans, Bighit and BTS and even the venue's staffs. Fans lost their money and hopes. BTS wasted their time flying to US for this event when they can spend their time in Korea celebrating Chuseok, prepare for the upcoming comeback or just spend time in their own country after months flying for their TRB tour. I really hope this won't happen again in the future. :(

If people paid money for something they did not receive a refund must be given or the company can be sued. I recommend a lawsuit as it appears they have done this before and have yet to take any action whatsoever.

Ugh... every time I hear about a US concert/event go awry (which is so often with many different organizers for as long as I've been following k-pop), I just don't understand why this happens again and again and again. So sorry to the fans :(

Wow sounds frustrating. I would harass the crap out of the event organizers are they newbies or something? Sounds like they never held a proper orderly event before. Hopefully asking for refunds won't mea bts paid portion will be cut low

Wow that really is horrible. However, I really dont see what good a petition will do. I think a lawsuit with everyone's claims would gain better result.
