It's too bad the program and channel caved in to the rantings of women that hate to see other women getting a huge self confidence boost through RECONSTRUCTIVE surgery. The program has always chosen women that weren't in the financial positions to repair serious physical damages.
Why don't these organisations just admit they don't want to see women in poor circumstances become confident and happy.

does  anyone know where i can watch full episodes with english subtitles from season 3 to 5, i have been looking everywhere in vain, i love the show and really want to watch it

Do let me know when you find it...USA hated a show like this and was names Swan or something..

It was just called The Swan, and the reason it was hated is because the contestants were judged as "ugly" beforehand. However, if you want an American show similar to this one, you'd be looking at Extreme Makeover, where people volunteered for the show in order to get help for various physical... whatevers.

If you've ever actually watched the show, then you'll know how awful a show it really was. They would air all of the applicants' deepest insecurities and make a survival-like selection where they judge the applicants like meat on hooks for who will "look better" after the procedures. It's humiliating for the contestants and nothing but profiteering on the part of the plastic surgeons. Plastic surgery is way too highly regarded in Korea, so good on these womens' orgs to bring an end to them.
