Even if they only had the two little twin girls, it seems like it would be a tough job. But, five kids and one not even a toddler yet? Whew! You know his wife must be about as fit as her husband just to keep up with all of them. The two older twins are just great though. I don't think they would handle things as well if all the kids were pre-preschool age... :0
