well...i can meet all the requirements except 1..
i can actually speak korean but not that fluent but still its more than enough to converse a normal conversation
although i can read well too and my english grammar is excellent
if soompi writers are reading it.. it'd be good if u considered it once.... ^_^

For this current round, we would like a proficient level of Korean, but we will soon be putting out a call for writers in a position that doesn't need to know Korean.
