"a plea for Kim Hyun Joong’s side to also avoid unnecessary interviews with the media" I laugh OMG ROFLMAO such PROJECTION!!! Guess who the one who runs to the media (the TRASH media) every time she thinks public opinion is running against her? Oh, yeah. W/edited texts & other twisted non-facts, which she won't submit to the court for OBVIOUS reasons. This case has a lot of SHE said, he explains, his lawyer finds PROOF while she refuses to document her claims. I mean, really, Soompi, that last little editorializing comment ("Since then, there has been a lot of “he said, she said” through the media about the “truth” regarding the pregnancy, miscarriage, and abuse.") is very inaccurate - what's actually been going on is 'she said, he reacts'. I'm sorry, medical documents really do trump text messages when attempting to discern medical conditions (like pregnancy, or that rib injury). The insistence that a year & 1/2 old pregnancy tester (or a picture of one from that long ago) proves ANYTHING except that Choi presumably knows what they are, is ludicrous. SHE is the one who admitted (unwittingly to be sure) that she broke into KHJ's apartment in July LOL

His lawyer shouldn't have made the rounds to news sites. That's really the only issue I'm concerned about.

Well, considering what she & her mouthpiece have done, it was pretty much damage control.  Plus he went to reputable news sites from what I can tell.

Very reputable news sites. It's now coming back to bite him in his boohiney and indirectly but negatively affecting KHJ who is not in the position to speak for himself. When he started this to clear his client's name the tide turned for KHJ but now people (and yes I mean my Korean brethren!) are starting to get uncomfortable and feel he's grandstanding. After the news that she was dropping the suit he gave an interview by phone and said things he probably shouldn't have. I hope his lawyer just doesn't irresponsibly lose the positive momentum that KHJ regained after filing suit.
