On the August 9 episode of “Superman Returns,” the Song triplets, Chu Sarang, and Yuto get etiquette lessons. One of the lessons that the children learn is that they shouldn’t leave leftovers. However, among the triplets, Manse is the only one that finishes his food. Daehan and Minguk say that they don’t think they can […]

aaawwww! who would not love this triplets! Aigoo! Free spirit maknae really loves his hyung!!

I remember in the past episode, Manse was scolded for not eating properly by daddy Song, I think that made him realize how to value food. Daddy song and his wife are having a good job for raising the kids so well!

This boot camp etiquette school was a completely absurd idea. Imagine being little Yuto, who came on vacation to be with Sarang and getting roped into this thing. Sarang got with the program right away, but she'll store it in her memory bank just like the boys will. What were you thinking, dad?

Yeah, especially since Yuto doesn't know Korean so imagine him being so lost.

I don't think the whole bootcamp etiquette program was absurd idea, in fact I praise them for what they did because they just literally want to help their kids to grow into a better person. Especially On Chu appa's part, because Sarang is a bit spoiled so he thinks it's time to really teach her some manners since she is already 4 years old. But I agree tht there's no need for Yuto to actually participate in this etiquette program (or even came together in the first place). Even if Choo appa's intention was good to help Yuto learn some manners, but Yuto is a complete foreigner. If he needs to learn some manners, he should just learn Japanese own etiquette and rules instead of learning some other cultures etiquette because he won't even understand the whole thing.
Anyways, the triplets bond with each other never cease to amaze me. Especially Minguk. He's not just smart, but really is an angel. Song appa must be really proud (that look. Kkk~)

Sarang is only four in Korea and other Asian countries who count time in the womb as actual time being alive. I don't find her to be at all spolied. She is a girl, and girls are nearly always handled with "kid gloves" the world over, especially by their fathers. Sarang was the only one who did exactly as she was told, and, other in her competitions with Yuto (which is where dad does tend to put pressure on both of the kids :(), she is generally easily content, follows rules, and when it is Yuto who cries, she attempts to soothe him. Yuto, from what I've seen, needs no help in his manners, whatsoever. In the early episodes, Yuto is shown caring for his younger brother and attempting to teach a then much younger Sarang to share and be nice. Sarang needs little help in those areas now, She is very sweet, but plays the girl card from time to time. That is not being spoiled. That is just being a girl. Shiho is Japanese and has no interest in pretending that she can do everything that boys can do. She passes down her femininity to her daughter. Only when she is with dad does Sarang exhibit aggressive attributes. Dad was there in the room, so Sarang was being strong for dad.

Telling those babies that they were going out for a day of "fun" was playing dirty pool. A parent's job is to prepare his kids for the outside world so that they can handle school and the real world on their own. Suddenly applying rewards and punishements, doled out by a complete stranger, to kids barely out of the toddler stage seems a bit harsh to me. None of them looked like they were having any fun to me. Minguk saved the day for his brothers, but, there had better be a pizza party planned for those kids following this...:sweatingbullets:

Chill, it's not like they're experiencing this often (and trust me, they would be given their time to really enjoy their reunion later on). The dads decided to do this because this is what they think the best for their kids and they're actually doing their job as parent 'to prepare his kids for the outside world so that they can handle school and the real world on their own'. This whole program is just part of growing up process. Besides, just because they're kids/toddlers and can still be considered babies, doesn't mean they shud always having fun and only plays or 'always handled with "kid gloves" the world over'. Sometimes, they also need to learn some mannerism (or perhaps even get spank if necessary) so that they wouldn't end up becoming a spoiled child or worst becoming a f*cked up grown ups. I dunno about u, but being an Asian myself what the dads did was actually the right and normal thing to do. In the past, ppl even tightly follow the culture rules and belief in raising their children, but rarely do so as time goes by. and now, look what the society has become (more f*cked up w/ cases like murder, drugs etc increasing every year compared to the past). Which is why I'm glad and proud to see how the dads take on in raising their children, esp Song appa who even though being a city boy he nvr forget his root and applies their cultural belief in raising his kids. A great role model and inspiration on how to raise your child properly.
