What is this Aegyo and what does it mean?

Hi,

I have heard this aegyo being said by a variety of kpop idols and actors/actresses...can someone please decode it for me? what exactly does it mean? I only know a little korean so I'm not entirely sure of its meaning....does it mean, "i'm having a dream, a ghost dream, i'm scared"
This is what they say:나꽁꼬또기싱뚱꼬또 무서워또
And I must say they look adorable when they say it!!  ^^

It doesn't really carry any meaning in particular. it's just the way it's said that makes the person saying it sound cute. So they use it as a way to make people do 'aegyo' by saying that phrase. 

It is originated from somewhere (I've heard about it but I can't recall it now) where someone said that phrase (in a baby like tone or a kid said it not really sure.) and it was really cute so they use it now. < if anyone knows it's origins feel free to post.

They are basically just imitating the girl in the original video that Calebwq linked (https://youtu.be/h7W79Cyrrno). You got the meaning right! It means I saw a dream, a ghost dream... It was scary.
