Congratulation Song Seung Hun!!! Wow, wow, when I see they filmed the movie I thought about they may be a good couple in real life but never expected him dating a Chinese actress.

I think in English because Crystal is fluent in English and SSH Mandarin is not that good

He learned Chinese and now he can speak Chinese good too.

Thanks @bibidep, @Jonahae and @kaoriharang. But Im getting mix answers here hahaha! I just googled Crystal Liu and it seems like she's from a wealthy family background and she's American Chinese with U.S citizenship. At 11 she  studied in NY and later in 2002 she went back to China to pursue her acting career. Good ol' Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liu_Yifei Having said that I think she must be fluent in English so perhaps they most likely communicate in English since SSH English (as I vaguely recall in the K-drama My Princess) was pretty good.

Yes @Kasmic,  I know she and him can communicate in English too, but because he want to advance to the Chinese market so he did learn mandarin too.  May be his girlfriend teach him almost a year now.  Below is his new movie interview answered.

How’s filming in China going for the movie “The Bombing”?

Thankfully, I eat well, so it isn’t really hard for me to stay in China. [The script] before didn’t specifically explain the nationality of the character I’m playing, but now it is set as Korean. I speak lines in English with Bruce Willis, but in Chinese with other Chinese actors and actresses. I didn’t speak Korean at all in the movie.

I atually never knew that SSH could speak English.

I knew Crystal Liu spoke English and Chinese really well.

She is one of my fav chinese actress, i love almost all her movies! I am happy for her they look like an amazing couple (:
