this actually does work! the lemon & water combination removes toxins from your body, helps with weight loss if you drink it in the morning before breakfast, and the vitamin c is good for your body~ my mom taught this to me since i always see her do it with normal water. carbonated water makes it taste extra special because of the fizzy :D

Already on it. But I sliced the lemon and put it inside mineral water. Shake it. Let it soak inside the drink. And drink. Or put it in freezer to drink whenever u want. You will feel healthier. Skin will get smoother

Sweetened carbonated beverages, not carbonated water. Studies show carbonation itself isn't what causes damage to brain cells, but rather, the sugars in those drinks, such as aspartame. Sparkling water with some fresh lemon juice is fine.
