What are the best Korean toner's and serums (especially for acne prone skin)?

there are a lot of good toners and serums, but it depends on what type of skin you have... for example, is your skin oily AND acne-prone? Or more of a combination skin with just certain acne-prone areas? If you tell me more about your skin and what it is you want (clearer skin, smaller pores, firmer skin? all of the above? ^^) then I can recommend some products especially for you.

One of my all time personal favorite products is the Peach Sake Toner from Skinfood. It smells really delicious and doesn't require a lot of product each time you use it. It helps with my large pores that still tend to be acne-prone and helps with the milder acne scars I have. This is a good maintenance toner though, while others area bit stronger for acne problems.

One line I recommend with a lot of great products for acne-prone skin are the Snail products from Muzon. For example, the Snail Recovery repair gel is GREAT for overall tone and helping with acne and spots. The thing is, most people need a variety of products to strike the right balance of what their skin actually needs (some hydration, some deep cleanse, etc) but people tend to just think, "I have acne-prone skin so I'll buy this entire line of acne or medicated products." But often we may just need a combination of products that have different effects.

For example, I have combination skin- no blackheads or whiteheads but bad acne on my jawline. My t zone is oily but the rest of my skin is super dry and red. If I use just acne products, it only irritates my dry spots more. But if I focus only on moisturizing, my t zone would have more oil and break out. So I just researched and experimented and found what works best for ME. What that involves is generally the following:

Morning:
-Aloe Vera Foam Wash by Skin Food (this is a GREAT wash for acne-prone skin and really keeps the skin clear but it gentle enough for daily use)
-Post Shower- Wildberry Vitamin C Face Mist and Mandarin and Parsley Essence by Skinfood (also for troubled skin and is a very lightweight moisturizer)
-BB Cream- RE: DNA CC Cream or Mizon Snail BB Cream (10-1 product to whiten and tighten skin)

Evening:
-Nighttime Face Wash (depends which one I want to use)
-Overnight Milky Face Pack (cream) by Skinfood, Vitamin C mist on my dry areas like cheeks, forehead and eyes (evens skin tones, brightens and whitens)
-Muzon Snail Repair Gel on any acne prone areas (takes away redness, evens skin ton and improves scars or fine lines and acne)

Although that may sound like a lot of products (and way too much information to process, I'm sure!), it's really very basic to follow- 3 products in the morning and 3 in the evening. As you can see, each product serves a different purpose and helps me provide just the right balance of what my skin needs. Since I have started taking better care of my skin- my acne has improved immensely, my skin tone is more even and the redness I had before is gone, the products I use to hydrate and moisturize have really started showing their affect on my skin as well and has made me look younger and healthier. It has turned me into a total believer! ^^

The key is to find the products that works best for YOUR skin, then stick to the process every day. It may take an extra 10 minutes in the morning and at night, but it's worth it to have beautiful, healthy, young-looking skin! :) hope this helps!

I have read that BRTC Vitalizer C works very well. If anyone has tried it, please tell me how it went! :)

oh yes! that is a great product and works very well. any vitamin C serum that is a good concentrated dose will work well. but the BRTC product has some other vitamins like b12 (and some others i can't remember) that give even more benefit. it is a bit expensive, so you can find other good vitamin C serums that work as well. but the brtc brand is definitely a good one! as a matter of fact, the entire brtc vitalizer line is good- they have a BB cream and other things that are all supposed to help whiten the skin.

the vitamin c is one of the things that whitens and even skins tone the most. it also is able to heal skin damage and help "reverse" it a bit. some people react really well with it and it totally whitens and brightens their skin. others just see more moderate results, but generally EVERYONE sees at least some results!

I bought the salve for my children and myself. It worked very well as a spot treatment.( it is not greasy and it has a light texture for a salve. Used their lotion which is good for irritated skin with acne spots( but it is not light texture) .Their face wash is interesting. the smell is similar to artificial orange and it is slightly dense texture( does not form bubbles),, it is not a typical face wash. My daughter does not like the face wash because of the texture, however it can calm our irritated skin with acne spots. My children use it when they have sun exposure.
