No they're saying there's a specific team that no matter what you don't want to lose against.
Over here (France) it's England, and vice versa.
It often stems from deep historical and political tensions.

I know exactly what they're saying. Just because I didn't make my comment on that specific point in a very direct way, doesn't mean I didn't get that. I simply said, lightheartedly, that it's the same around the world, and affects local teams as well. Just because those "deep historical and political tensions" might not be as grand on a local level as they are on a national level doesn't mean they don't happen/exist. But, if you wish to overlook them that's fine, I understand :)
