It definitely has a similar vibe and sound to it, but that allow means nothing. I'm not sure what they mean by translated version though, cause the lyrics are anything but similar lol, so I hope that is just a reference to the music. But, given the current state of the music industry (severe lack of diversity, 4-chord songs, everyone thinks they're a music expert, etc), there is a case to be made for this to just be idiotic noise. Without knowing the exact chords, however, one can't be sure of anything.

The songs are similar, but "Oasis" is just a bad song - monotonous, no hook.. it just wanders on a couple of chords for 3 minutes. "Awkward" while lyrically offensive, at least has a recognizable song form. I don't think Oasis is a rip, it's just a bad song.

I'm more surprised about the lack of quality of the songs than if it's a case of plagiarism, because let's be honest, if you're going to copy something at least it should be worth the effort
