Where do we get billing support and ipad app support? Neither are working.

 

Attempting to sign up for a trial, seems to have session persistence issues on the server's side. And the app shows code errors and retrying does nothing.

Contact support@soompi.com for technical support if issues are still persisting.

Please provide some pictures of the problem with coding errors included as mail attachment. This would help speed up the process.

That's because you only have 3 posts at the moment. You need a minimum of 5 to be able to create your own thread. So get posting!

It seems that you can't. You can edit your post, but not delete it. Since you can't edit your post and remove all the text there (at least a single character needs to be posted), I guess you could edit it and say you removed the text since it didn't apply/was misinformed or whatever the case was.
