Thank you @sia3 @raito1310 and @kanyaprasetyo for all the informations on the new and first full movie of our Wookie!  Wow i am so really excited athough this is still showing in 2016 i hope i would have a chance to see it in my country!  I think this is a genre that really fits our Wookie and wow we really missed him acting we are all in heaven hahaha!!!!

@sia3 @minksquared and @raito1310 And the bird's nest hair is not really bad at all!  I really like it now better than the first time we saw it in his IG.  Oh i think it suited him for his character!  Wookie fighting!!!

Thank you for starting the thread @cherkell! And also everyone's updates abt the movie plot and progress so far. So excited for Wookie in the movie debut, and even more excited when I heard that the female lead's Shim Eunkyung, she's so good and I've such great impressions of her. They're gonna work great! Can't wait to hear more about the movie already ^^

Yeah I'm excited about Ji Chang Wook's new project !

I was rather late on the whole frenzy that was Healer. But that drama totally revived my kdrama addiction lol

So I'm definitely looking forward to this movie ^^ And the plot is interesting, can't wait to see how this story will unfold. :)

Nothing new about the plot but I thought of tagging it in here for posterity sake.

Ji Chang-wook and Sim Eun-kyeong are meeting in the movie "Manipulated City".

It's the newest movie by director Park Kwang-hyeon from "Welcome to Dongmakgol". It's a criminal action movie about a man who is framed for murder and whose life is completely turned over.

Ji Chang-wook is the best leader of Team Resurrection in the game world but is actually a loser named Kwon Yoo in reality. Ji Chang-wook is manipulated into being a murderer by someone and slowly changes in character.

Sim Eun-kyeong has done herself proud with movies "Sunny - 2010", "Masquerade" and "Miss Granny". She plays a genius hacker named Yeo Wool who helps Kwon Yoo find out the truth. The movie started filming this month and it will be released in 2016.

Seems like everyone here are fans of either Wookie or Sim Eun Kyeong. Would it be weird if I say I am equally curious about Kim Sang Ho?:P I really enjoyed his role as Ahjusshi in City Hunter for he brought so much comic relief! I'm very curious to know what he'll bring to Fabricated City :D

Both Shim Eun Kyung and Ji Chang Wook can sing well, so I hope they will do a duet song for the movie. SEK is very young (she was born in 1994), but her resume is quite impressive! Thanks ‌@minksquared, glad to be here and right most of the info is the same up till now.  Still need to check the most recent Kitchen article and hopefully it tells us something new.  I too like Kim Sang Ho, after I saw him in CH I would look for him in other dramas and man this guy is in everything.  Great character actor.  Plus Oh Jung Se, is another actor who is everywhere and I so enjoyed him in ANL.  Shim Eun Kyung was a child actress and quite talented.  She starred in Song Ji Nah's drama Legend, The First King's Four Gods and was terrific in it.  I read a few years back she stepped away from making dramas to finish studying and went to the US. I am impressed whenever I hear how one wants to complete their education. She also reminds me of the type of actress who isn't wrapped up in always looking perfect and isn't afraid to be bizarre and in character. Love that devotion.

Just watched Miss Granny and a few episodes of Naeil's Cantabile last night. SEK simply rocked in Miss Granny! She sure can carry the cool hacker persona. Am looking forward to her partnership with JCW on this upcoming movie. :wub:

Plot

In real life, Kwon Yoo (Ji Chang-Wook) is unemployed, but in the virtual game world he is the best leader. Kwon Yoo is then framed for a murder. With the help of hacker Yeo-Wool (Shim Eun-Kyung), he tries to uncover the truth behind the murder case.
