Billboard Announces SHINee’s “View” as Most Watched K-Pop Video Worldwide in May

SHINee's music video for "View" has been ranked number one in Billboard's "Most Viewed K-pop Videos in America & Around the World: May 2015." This music video has gained an explosive amount of views in the last month and also charted first place on YouTube's "K-pop Music Video TOP 10." Billboard wrote, "The boy band's new video for 'View' was the most watched K-pop vid of May 2015, their first Korean video in a year and a half. The quintet proved their power on YouTube earlier this year when SHINee member Jonghyun earned January's top-viewed visual." It continued, "BoA also made her long-awaited return to the K-pop scene with "Who Are You" at No. 2 across the board, along with a No. 5 ranking on both lists for her single "Kiss My Lips." Before the pair of videos, BoA hadn't released a K-pop video since January 2013," and showed the superiority of other SM Entertainment artists in addition to SHINee.
