Newsie
Super Junior-M’s Henry recently wrapped up filming for the Canada special of JTBC’s “Abnormal Summit” spin-off “Where Is My Friend’s Home.” The Canada native left for his home country last week with “Abnormal Summit’s” Canadian representative Guillaume Patry along with other cast members from “Abnormal Summit,” including Yoo Se Yoon, Sujan Shakya, and Zhang Yuan. PD Park Hyun Young of “Where Is My Friend’s Home” explained why he decided to cast Henry for the special, despite the fact that he is not a member of the “Abnormal Summit” cast, “Henry was raised in an immigrant family in Toronto, so not only did we want to show immigrant society but we also felt that together with Guillaume, he would be able to show more of Canada [to our viewers].” Moreover, “Both [Henry and Guillaume] are Canadian natives, so they led the filming together, and they were fascinated with each other, greeting one another in French and communicating well,” Park Hyun Young said, “And as a musical genius and a gaming genius, respectively, they acknowledged each other’s genius.” Meanwhile, “Where Is My Friend’s Home” airs every Saturday at 9:50 p.m., KST on JTBC. The Canada special featuring Henry is slated to air in mid-July. Source (1) (2)View the full article
