Newsie
Girl group Red Velvet’s manager is currently receiving criticism for his attitude and behavior toward fans after a video of him swearing at fans has started to spread online. The video was recorded by a fan on May 8, as fans waited outside a building, waiting to see the members of Red Velvet following the end of KBS' “Music Bank” broadcast that took place on this day. In the video, Red Velvet’s manager can be seen and heard telling fans to “get out” multiple times, as soon as the group steps out of the building. Soon after, however, he begins to raise his voice, yelling at fans to “back off” and “stay back.” He then swears at a fan, which roughly translates to “f**king richard simmons.” The manager’s screams continue as the girls walk to their vehicle, even threatening the fans: “Don’t you dare try to talk to them” and “Get rid of your cameras.” After that, the video shows the fans walking quietly alongside the members until they reach their car. While some fans are siding with the manager, stating that it is his job, others believe he crossed the line with his actions. What are your thoughts?
