Kahi and Eric Nam Wear Disguises to Gain Recognition as Singers on "King of Mask Singer"

Eric Nam and After School's former leader Kahi surprise viewers and judges alike when they take off their disguises on MBC's "King of Mask Singer." Kahi manages to fool the entire judges panel on the show, as they are unable to guess that it is her that is singing behind the mask. She says that the reason she came on the show was that it was an opportunity to have people listen to her singing without any prejudice. She adds, "I think that most people wouldn't be able to recognize my voice ... I want to hear people say 'Kahi knows how to sing too?'" It seems that her plan works, as one of the judges says she had no idea that she could sing that well. She adds that the first thing she had thought of before when she heard Kahi's name was her dancing skills. Kahi has recently appeared in musicals while pursuing her solo artist career, and she shares on the show that she'd like to be in more musicals in the future. Eric Nam is also revealed to be one of the masked contestants on the show. He says, "Most people don't know me as a singer. People say, 'Wow, you're a reporter that knows how to sing!' but I think of singing as my main job."
