Wednesday-Thursday dramas SBS's "The Girl Who Sees Smells" and MBC's "Angry Mom" are currently neck-and-neck in a ratings battle.

On April 23, viewership ratings research company Nielsen Korea reported the ratings for the two shows during their latest episode on April 22. "The Girl Who Sees Smells" recorded 8.2 percent receiving an increase of 0.6 percent. Reaching 10 percent ratings seems within reach for the increasingly popular drama.

Meanwhile, "Angry Mom" received 7.6 percent ratings at the same time. This is a 0.3 percent increase from their previous episode, but it remained in third place among the main three public broadcasting stations.

Every episode has become a battle for ratings. In the beginning, "Angry Mom" was ahead, but "The Girl Who Sees Smells" has turned the tide as interest grows. Both dramas have great actors and interesting plots that are captivating viewers.

However, first place goes to KBS2's "Unkind Women" receiving 12.1 percent.
