It looks like CL's debut American album might be coming soon! The 2NE1 member signed a management contract with Scooter Braun last November. Scooter Braun represents many popular artists including Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and PSY. An individual tweeted Scooter Braun the question, "When is CL's album dropping?"
