"Fluttering India," a show full of handsome male K-Pop idols, will be airing its first episode on April 10. Will the show featuring idols as reporters beat current reigning Friday night ratings king "Grandpas Over Flowers?" KBS's "Fluttering India" features Super Junior's Kyuhyun, SHINee's Minho, CNBLUE's Lee Jong Hyun, INFINITE's Sungkyu, and EXO's Suho as reporters reporting from overseas.

Since the idols are friends with each other and are traveling abroad, it is in the same travel variety show genre as tvN's "Grandpas Over Flowers." It has been noted that "Fluttering India" is similar to another show in the tvN flower series, "Youths Over Flowers."

However, a representative from "Fluttering India" has stated, "[our show] is not a vacation. It started from the question 'Why isn't the Hallyu wave as popular in India?'" They further shared that the goal is not to travel, but rather have idols report on the subject of Hallyu.

Due to the number of famous idols in "Fluttering India," low ratings are not expected. The two shows will broadcast 15 minutes apart from each other. "Fluttering India" will air at 9:30 P.M. KST while "Grandpas Over Flowers" airs at 9:45 P.M. KST. "Grandpas Over Flowers" features four grandpa actors as well as Lee Seo Jin and Choi Ji Woo who are nicknamed the luggage boy and girl of the group. Their chemistry on the show has contributed to increased popularity.
