B1A4’s Jinyoung Confirmed for Hong Sisters’ New Drama

It has been confirmed that B1A4’s Jinyoung will be making his public broadcast debut through the Hong Sisters’ new MBC Wednesday-Thursday drama. On April 2, a representative of B1A4’s agency, WM Entertainment, revealed, “Jinyoung has confirmed his casting in ‘Warm and Cozy’ and has begun preparations for filming.” Actors Yoo Yeon Suk and Kang Sora have already been announced as the male and female lead for “Warm and Cozy” (working title, formerly known as ‘Jejudo Gatsby’). Jinyoung is set to take on the role of a worker at the restaurant owned by Yoo Yeon Suk’s character within the storyline. This will be his very first time appearing in a drama aired on one of the main public broadcast stations. He has previously showed off his acting abilities and slowly built up his acting resume through the movie “Miss Granny,” as well as the tvN drama “She Is Wow” and Mnet’s musical drama “Perseverance Goo Hae Ra.” It is said that the B1A4 member is preparing to join filming with the cast and crew at the end of this month.
