"Hyde Jekyll, Me" Ends With Disappointing Ratings

Hyun Bin's anticipated comeback drama "Hyde Jekyll, Me" ended with disappointing ratings. According to Nielsen Korea, the ratings for the final episode of "Hyde Jekyll, Me" was 4.3 percent. This is half the first episode's ratings, which was 8.6 percent. In fact, that is the highest percentage recorded for this whole drama. The lowest hit during episode 19, which came down to 3.4 percent. With MBC's "Kill Me, Heal Me" and KBS2's "Unkind Ladies" airing at the same time, this drama could not prevail against the battle for high ratings. "The Girl Who Sees Smells" starring Park Yoochun and Shin Se Kyung follows "Hyde Jekyll, Me," starting next Wednesday.

I'm at a loss here. I'm not big on watch Kdramas, but this one took the cake. This show was really good. Hyun Bin's character really kept me on my toes. I loved, and was enjoyably creeped out, when I found out that he left "himself" video messages. This show, I don't care who thinks otherwise, is a keep you on the edge of your seat kind of show. I loved all of the characters and story. I enjoyed their acting and they pulled me in. Pfft low ratings my butt.

It was good, but it happens on TV all the time, some shows you like them and for some reasons the ratings are bad and you can't explain it, Some get cancelled and till today I am still wondering why people didn't like it... TV is a mystery, Hyun Bin was super sexy in this one plus the whole drama made a lot of sense... Who knows why...
