Yoo Yeon Seok in Talks for Hong Sisters' Upcoming Drama, May Act Alongside Kang Sora

Actor Yoo Yeon Seok is currently in talks for the Hong Sisters' upcoming drama, "Jejudo Gatsby" (working title). According to broadcast industry insiders, the actor has been offered the leading role and is currently considering it. If he accepts it, it will be his first drama role in two years since the hit "Reply 1994." Previously, it was reported that Kim Woo Bin and Kang Sora were in talks for the leading roles in the drama.  Yoo Yeon Seok was offered the role of protagonist Baek Gun Woo, a restaurant owner and a chaebol heir. Although not officially announced, Kang Sora is a strong candidate to be the lead in the drama. If she accepts, she will play his love interest, Lee Jung Joo, a working-class girl struggling to support her family on Jeju Island.
