Hyoyeon Makes Surprise Appearance for Kangta and Lee Ji Hoon on "Immortal Song"

On the March 14 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s “Immortal Song,” Girls’ Generation member Hyoyeon made a surprise appearance during Kangta and Lee Ji Hoon’s performance of Na Hoon Ah’s “Weeds.” During the interview preceding the performance, Lee Ji Hoon had said, “I have never danced to such a fast beat before.” Indeed, Lee Ji Hoon and Kangta (collectively known as S) definitely broke a sweat performing their upbeat cover. Complete with sprightly choreography, their rendition of “Weeds” got the audience up on their feet. Hyoyeon also made a surprise appearance, displaying such impressive chemistry with Lee Ji Hoon and Kangta that she seemed like just another group member. She injected energy into the already spirited performance with her rapping and dancing. On Lee Ji Hoon and Kangta’s dance skills, Hyoyeon joked, “I wish they would dance only sometimes.” She also shared that she was very nervous going into the performance, “I was more nervous and anxious [than Lee Ji Hoon and Kangta]. It was a thrilling performance.”
