Fans of SBS’ Lunar New Year pilot program “Take Care of My Dad” may have some good news headed their way as the show is being considered as a strong candidate for regular programming. On February 22, producer Jang Hyuk Jae of “Take Care of My Dad” told news outlet OSEN, “Because the response [to the show] has exceeded expectations, we are optimistic, internally, about [the show] becoming a regular program.” “Take Care of My Dad” is a reality show about middle-aged celebrity fathers and their relationship with their daughters in their twenties, featuring Jo Jae Hyun, Kang Suk Woo, Jo Min Gi, and Lee Kyung Gyu with singer Lee Hyori on narration. The two-episode pilot enjoyed overwhelming popularity, with both broadcasts recording the top viewership rating in their time slot. Did you watch the pilot?
