Newsie Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 CNBLUE frontman Jung Yonghwa has discussed what it was like writing all of the songs on his solo album, “One Fine Day,” saying the feeling is like “raising a child.” In an appearance on SBS PowerFM’s “Kim Chang Ryul’s Old School,” Jung Yonghwa discussed his experience writing all of his solo album’s tracks. “All of the songs were written by me, so I feel very proud when listeners enjoy them,” he said. “It feels like raising a child. Now, I’ve never actually done that, but I think that must be what it feels like.” Jung Yong Hwa also discussed his collaborative tracks with Yoon Do Hyun and YDG on the program. “I wrote “Cruel Memories” while imagining Yoon Do Hyun’s singing. When he heard it, he thought it was really good. We met up after that and got started on writing the lyrics.” Regarding his collaboration with YDG, “Mileage,” Jung Yong Hwa said, “I worked on a drama with YDG and he used the word “mileage” constantly. It seemed to mean something like the accumulation of love between two people over time. So, I wrote the lyrics for “Mileage” and sent them to him and, within two or three hours, he had sent back rap lyrics for the track.” Meanwhile, Jung Yong Hwa is currently busy promoting the release of his solo album, "One Fine Day."View the full article
