"Grandpas Over Flowers" Decides on Greece as Next Travel Destination

"Grandpas Over Flowers" will be traveling to Greece for its third season. On February 9, the "Grandpas Over Flowers" Producer Na Young Suk said to Star News, "We have finalized the destination for this season's 'Grandpas Over Flowers' to Greece." Na Young Suk said, "Since it's winter, we decided on warm Greece for the grandpas. We considered safety, and also since Greece has a lot to see, we decided on it as our destination." He added, "We took around 50 percent of the grandpas' opinion into consideration. In the past, the grandpas had suggested a Greece trip. We expect to have different kind of fun in Greece in comparison to the previous trips." The "Grandpas Over Flowers" staff and cast will be leaving for Greece on February 15 for nine nights, 10 days. Its time slot will take over that of "Three Meals a Day," and is expected to air at the end of March or the beginning of April. Meanwhile, "Grandpas Over Flowers" has a backpacking concept, and it tells the story of Lee Soon Jae, Shin Gu, Park Geun Hyung, and Baek Il Sup, and porter Lee Seo Jin as they travel to a foreign country. The first season aired in July of 2013, and the second season aired in March of 2014.
