KBS Rules Track from INFINITE H’s New Album Unfit for Broadcast

Recommended Posts

Media network KBS has deemed that INFINITE H’s track “Sorry I’m Busy is unfit for broadcast. The song is taken from the INFINITE sub-unit’s sophomore mini album “Fly Again,” and features Swings and Champagne from Champagne & Candle. KBS’ censorship department announced that the track had failed to meet network standards as it includes inappropriate language, as well as some Japanese lyrics. Many major Korean broadcasters will not play music that contains Japanese lyrics. However, the network declared that “Pretty,” the mini album’s lead track, is suitable for broadcast. The censors named a list of other recently released tracks that it deemed unsuitable for broadcast, including Gaeko x Yankee’s “Cheers,” and STi’s (tentatively titled) “Reversible Jacket,” saying that the songs contained mention of specific brand names. INFINITE H is set to hold a showcase event for “Fly Again” on January 26.
