Second Teaser for "Perseverance Goo Hae Ra" Hints at a Love Triangle

On December 30, Mnet dropped a second teaser for upcoming music drama “Perseverance Goo Hae Ra.” The short thirty second teaser hints at a love triangle between protagonist Goo Hae Ra (played by actress Min Hyo Rin) and twin brothers Kang Se Jong and Kang Se Chan, played by Kwak Si Yang and B1A4’s Jinyoung, respectively. In the scene, Min Hyo Rin is getting a piggyback ride from Kwak Si Yang when Jinyoung coincidentally runs into them. All three respond in surprise and exchange uncomfortable glances. The teaser ends with a voiceover by Jinyoung. He narrates, “Hyung, love is really difficult,” implying that both brothers have something for Min Hyo Rin. “Perseverance Good Hae Ra” tells the story of Goo Hae Ra who dreams of becoming a singer in order to make her late father’s compositions known. After trying in vain to get signed with an agency, she auditions for Superstar K2 with childhood friends Kang Se Jong and Kang Se Chan. The very writer of the sensationally popular second season of “Superstar K” is reportedly behind “Perseverance Good Hae Ra.” The drama touts a star-studded cast, including Min Hyo Rin, Kwak Si Yang, B1A4's Jinyoung, and Super Junior-M's Henry. Two cast members, Yoo Sung Eun and Ulala Session's Kwang Sun are actual audition program contestants-turned-stars. Tune into Mnet on January 9 for the first episode of “Perseverance Good Hae Ra."
