"Superman Returns" Producer Addresses Controversy Regarding Its Similarities to "Dad! Where Are We Going?"

Producer Kang Bong Kyu of "Superman Returns" has addressed the controversy regarding the show's similarities with "Dad! Where Are We Going?" On December 29, there was a press conference and end-of-year meeting for KBS2's "Superman Returns." Kang Bong Kyu said, "When I first planned it, I did anticipate some controversy due to the similarities. However, there are so many differences from 'Dad! Where Are We Going?' that I don't think I can even say them all." He then said, "We wanted to portray everyday life, not travel. So we tried to distance ourselves as much as possible and show the more natural sides. In that basic philosophy, the shows are different."
