Kim Jung Hoon to Join YoonA in Upcoming Chinese Historical Drama

Actor and singer Kim Jung Hoon has been cast in an upcoming Chinese drama called "God of War Zhao Yun" (working title) along with Girls' Generation's YoonA. Previously, it was reported that YoonA has been cast in the lead female role of the upcoming historical epic. Kim Jung Hoon will portray Li Zhi, a rival of the main character Zhao Yun (Lin Gengxin). He will be another love interest of YoonA's character, forming a love triangle with YoonA and Lin Gengxin. This will be Kim Jung Hoon's first historical drama. "God of War Zhao Yun" is currently scheduled to go into productions in January of 2015, with the drama's premiere planned for August. It will air on China's Hunan TV.
