Super Junior member Kyuhyun is celebrating a successful solo debut, with his song “At Gwanghwamun” racing to the top of six music charts within hours of its digital release. The song is the title track and lead song from Kyuhyun’s first mini album.

By 7 a.m. on November 13, just seven hours post-release, the song had hit the number one spot on the Genie, Naver Music, Daum Music, Mnet, Melon, and Bugs digital download charts. Kyuhyun is scheduled to perform at an event to showcase the mini album that will take place at 11 a.m. on November 13.

The star took to Twitter to speak of his delight at the news, writing a post that read, “Even though I have to perform very soon, I can’t get to sleep because I am just so excited.”
