Makers of “The King’s Face” Praise Seo In Guk’s Acting Skills

Recommended Posts

The makers of upcoming KBS2 drama “The King’s Face” have spoken out about singer-actor Seo In Guk, who is set to star in the new series. The plot, which is based on a true story, tells of how Gwanghae (played by Seo In Guk), the illegitimate son of a king, accedes to the Korean throne. Gwanghae also becomes involved in a love triangle that involves a woman and his father. And it seems that Seo In Guk is making a good impression on the series’ production team as he gears up to make his first appearance in a historical drama. A representative for the production crew announced, "It is hard to believe that this is Seo In Guk’s first period drama. You can really see how involved he gets when he is acting. You can see it in his eyes. His voice, the way he breathes and speaks are all spot on – he has really succeeded in making a new Gwanghae." “The King’s Face” is set to begin airing at 9:50 p.m. on November 19, and will be shown on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
