Girl's Day Hyeri in Talks for New JTBC Mystery Drama

Girl's Day member Hyeri is currently in talks for an upcoming mystery drama series for JTBC called “Sunam Girls High School Detectives“ (tentative English title). Other actors looking in to the drama include Jin Ji Hee and Kim Min Jun. Although no exact date for the drama’s release has been disclosed, media outlet mydaily carried a quote from a JTBC representative who said, “We are yet to fix an exact date, but we are hoping to start airing the series sometime toward the end of this year.” The drama is based on the original mystery novel of the same name by Park Ha Ik, which, published last year, was a huge success, and tells the story of five high school girls who become their own detectives. Girl's Day seems to have made no official statement thus far about the new drama.
